Get the work done
Do you need somebody who can help your team get the work done, maybe in a situation where your business is changing and/or grow fast? Then I can assist you as an interim manager, while you yourself find out what abilities the organisation needs or recruit your future co-workers. You also get my view upon the business, and I am certain that I can help your team developing it.
Example of roles I can take are.
Department/unit manager
CEO/Managing Director
CIO
Program-/project manager
An assignment as interim manager is typically run over 3-12 months and engage 50-100% of my available time.
Unlock abilities
I highly believe in people’s abilities, but sometimes support is needed to unlock and take advantage of them . As coach, facilitator or sidekick I can make that happen. I add energy and new perspectives, as support to individuals or team, in a way that both challenges as well strengths the organisation.
Example of activities that I can help you with.
Coaching/mentoring
Conduct workshops or similar, related but not limited to.
Business planning
Digitalisation
Communication and co-operation
Organisational development
Problem solving
Strategy
Sustainability
Development of businesses
Funding of startups
M&A processes
Unlocking abilities, is typically done in short term assignments, even if it could be in a co-operation which extends over a longer period, perhaps even years.
Boost your board
I do not sit in a board. I work in boards, ask relevant questions and challenge the way we work, while put priority upon supporting and injecting energy into the management. When the management leave a board meeting, I would like them to feel motivated and strengthen in a way that helps the organisation become successful. I make sure always be well prepared, in meetings as well as when working with different subjects that involve the board. As a board member I make difference.
A board should have its focus on the long term development of an organisation. Therefore, an assignment in a board should to be on long-term, meaning that an assignment is typically longer than 4 years (even if the decision to elect board members are done yearly).
