NexDev is founded and owned by Mats Bayard. NexDev develop people and organisations by connecting abilities, internal as well as external, with the aim of creating highest possible value having Steve Jobs famous quote in mind.

For me, this for example means that the road to success cannot fully be planned. However, if I start a journey and are open to take advantage of opportunities and manage obstacles, the results are often very good and sometimes better than I could even dream of.

There are several tools and techniques that can be used to create change and development, but I do not believe that these alone can contribute to results that lasts in long term. Therefore, my starting point in a new assignment is to put priority upon getting to know relevant people in your business and today’s situation. Through this, I get an understanding of both history and the present, while we in parallel start doing things together. Later, we can use relevant tools and techniques, but above all make sure that people are involved.

If we enter a co-operation, I will strive to be at your side and support you during a long time, even if my actual assignment is short.
