Do you need somebody who can help your team get the work done, maybe in a situation where your business is changing and/or grow fast? Then I can assist you as an interim manager, while you yourself find out what abilities the organisation needs or recruit your future co-workers. You also get my view upon the business, and I am certain that I can help your team developing it.
Unlock abilities
I highly believe in people’s abilities, but sometimes support is needed to unlock and take advantage of them. As coach, facilitator or sidekick I can make that happen. I add energy and new perspectives, as support to a person or a team, in a way that both challenges as well strengths the organisation.
Boost your board
I do not sit in a board. I work in boards, ask relevant questions and challenge the way we work, while put priority upon supporting and injecting energy into the management. When the management leave a board meeting, I would like them to feel motivated and strengthen in a way that helps the organisation become successful. I make sure always be well prepared, in meetings as well as when working with different subjects that involve the board. As a board member I make difference.
