Get the work done
Sometimes you need somebody how can get the work done, while you yourself are finding out what abilities the organisation needs, recruit your future colleague etc. These processes can take time. Meanwhile I can assist you get the work done as an interim manager. And, by getting my view upon your business, I am certain that I can also help you developing it.
Unlock abilities
I highly believe in people’s abilities, but sometimes it needs to be unlocked and released. In a role as coach or facilitator I can make that happen, by adding new eyes and energy, as support to a person or into a group of people, in a way that both challenges as well strengths the group.
Boost your board
I do not just ´sit in a board´. I make sure always be well prepared, in meetings as well as when working with different subjects that involve the board. I ‘work in boards’, ask relevant questions and challenge the way ‘we’ work, while put priority upon supporting and injecting energy into the management. When the management leave a board meeting, I would like them to feel strengthen in a way that helps the organisation become successful. As a board member I make difference.
